Where are your products made?
Ayako handcrafts each and every piece of jewellery offered on this website at her studio in Shoreditch, London. She works closely with the reliable suppliers, gemstone dealers and setters of Hatton Garden to ensure all her pieces are made with the high quality and standard.

What materials do you use?
We offer all our designs in Sterlinh Silver, Gold Plated Silver, 9K / 18K Yellow, Rose and White Gold, Platinum and Palladium.

Gold Plated Silver pieces are made in solid silver with a layer of gold (yellow or rose) coating its surface. Please see below for how to care Gold Plated Jewellery.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

What is your exchange / return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and that's why we make sure each piece we send out are made with love and care. Please see the guideline below for different situations you may be with the piece you received:

- I received a wrong order -
While this is very unlikely to happen, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange delivery as soon as possible.

- It's a wrong ring size! -
I offer one ring resize per each ring order for just the return & resend shipping cost. Please contact us first within 14days of delivery to arrange this. To avoid this situation, make sure you order the right ring size. If unsure, contact us HERE for tips on how to find the right ring size for him, her or for yourself!

- The piece arrived to me broken/faulty -
While this is very unlikely to happen, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the original parcel and all packaging. We will arrange an exchange as soon as possible.

* Please note that all exchanges and returns must be processed between us and the original customer with a proof of purchase. *

How long will delivery of my order take?<
Please see each product description to see how long the production time is. Once the piece is ready the delivery times are:
Standard UK Orders - 1-3 working days
EUROPE - 3-5 working days
US - 5-7 working days
REST OF THE WORLD - 5-10 working days
*The delivery time may take longer during December.

We offer express delivery for any 'emergency' orders. Please contact us to make an arrangement.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
